We take cleanliness and professionalism seriously on every visit. All shoes and equipment are disinfected before and after each appointment to help prevent the spread of bacteria between properties. At the end of each service, we also provide photo updates showing secured gates, closed fences, and the cleaned lawn area so you can have peace of mind that your property has been properly serviced and left secure.

Service Requirements & Conditions of Service
The Last Scoop Pet Waste Removal maintains the following service requirements to ensure safe, consistent, and reliable weekly service for all customers.
1. Lawn & Yard Condition
All properties must meet the following conditions prior to service:
- Grass must be maintained at 5 inches or less.
- Lawns must be reasonably maintained to allow safe access and cleanup.
- Overgrown or unmaintained yards may result in delayed service or additional fees if required to complete cleanup.
2. Yard Safety & Debris
- Yards must be free of excessive debris, clutter, or hazardous materials.
- Items such as construction materials, sharp objects, or excessive yard obstructions must be removed prior to service.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions are present.
3. Pet Safety Requirements
- Dogs must be secured indoors during service unless they are friendly and safely contained or supervised.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring pets do not pose a safety risk during service.
- Service may be refused if animals are aggressive, uncontrolled, or unsafe to approach.
4. Right to Refuse or Suspend Service
- Refuse service if unsafe or unsuitable conditions are present.
- Suspend or pause service until proper conditions are met.
- Require correction of yard or safety issues before service resumes.
- Refuse service without prior notice if immediate hazards exist.
5. Access Requirements
- Safe and unobstructed access to the yard must be provided at the time of service.
- Gates, fences, and entry points must be accessible and unlocked if necessary.
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe property conditions.
